No. Workspace Admin is intentionally limited to Google Workspace user accounts and approved application access. Device support, general help desk services, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, endpoint management, cybersecurity assessments, backups, migrations, and other IT work are outside the standard Workspace Admin scope and may be quoted separately.
Workspace Admin is $299 per month for up to 15 Google Workspace users. Additional covered users are $15 per user per month, and there is a $399 one-time onboarding fee.
Your business does. The client determines who should receive access, which level of access is appropriate, and which applications, groups, and roles are approved. MITIS carries out authorized changes according to those documented instructions.
Requests must come through authorized requestors and follow the agreed approval process. During onboarding, MITIS and the client document the request method, access procedures, and escalation process so changes can be handled consistently and securely.

This includes identifying authorized requestors, confirming minimum administrative access and MFA, documenting approved groups and applications, and confirming new-hire, offboarding, licensing, and escalation procedures.
